History Of Purdy Pools
Purdy Pool service and repair is a proud woman-owned small business established in 2016. Purdy Pool owner, Shawna Purdy has always had a love for pools. Her love started back in high school when she helped her then-boyfriend service his parent’s pool, checking, balancing their chemicals, and assisting him with the equipment.
In her adult career, she went on to gain experience in business development. Shawna worked for Nalco Corporation, the largest water treatment company in the world. This is where she grew her foundation in water chemistry, treatment, and servicing large systems.
Fast forward to 2016 after relentless research, planning, and contemplation Shawna decided to pursue her passion for pool service by buying her first small swimming pool route.
Purdy Pools Team
After a couple of years of learning and growing Purdy Pools was able to hire our first full-time technician, Jose Montes. Today Jose is still with us, his kind-hearted nature & talent allow him to create genuine customer connections. Our clients love his reliability and attention to detail to consistently keep their pools beautiful. We’re very happy and grateful to have Jose as a part of the team.
Jacob Sampson is another one of our experienced and dedicated full-time technicians. Jacob was looking for the right pool company to call home and it’s been a fantastic fit and blessing for all of us this year. We’re humbled and grateful to have him on the team. His easy-going demeanor and a happy attitude are wonderful additions to our day!
Katelyn Farver is our new administrative assistant. She was referred by a long-time client and she’s turned out to be a huge asset and blessing this year as well! She’s smart, talented, and upbeat! She’s one of my favorite people to talk to every day. Her attitude on life and her comedic sense of humor make our customers and myself enjoy her assistance on a day-to-day basis.
Jill O’Connor is our bookkeeper and payroll manager. She has a love for not only numbers but also all animals and spends as much time outdoors camping with her family. She’s been a business owner for over 33 years at Accounting & Consulting Services, Inc. Her dedication and meticulous work ethic has created lasting loyal clientele over the years.
We work as a team to deliver high-quality, efficient services by maintaining constant communication and providing innovative solutions. We value the importance of our relationships and will continue to remain respectful, fair, and true in our dealings with all team members, customers, and trade partners.
