WHERE DO I FIND MY INVOICES?
Customers can search their email inbox using keywords such as “invoice” or “Purdy Pools”. You can also look in your spam or junk folder in case the invoice was accidentally marked as spam. If you have a lot of emails, you can use the search filters to narrow down the results by date or sender. Finally, we recommend creating a folder specifically for Purdy Pool invoices to make them easier to locate in the future.

EQUIPMENT

HOW TO TURN OFF THE POOL EQUIPMENT AT THE BREAKER?
If you feel there is a problem with the pool equipment, here is how you turn off the power. First, locate the circuit breaker panel for the equipment you want to turn off. Next, identify the circuit breaker that controls the pool pump and flip the switch to the “off” position. Then please email us at [email protected] to set up an appointment and we’ll come help you.

AUTO-FILL

HOW DO I SHUT OFF MY AUTOFILL?
Please see the picture below of the pool water supply shut-off valve. This valve will look just like the picture and will be located against the house within close proximity to the autofill. Turn the valve off and go check and make sure the water supply is no longer on, thus ensuring proper shut off. Then call us to make an appointment to fix the problem.
